Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026 · Last updated September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Quickie Business Services LLC, doing business as Quickie Mortgages (“Quickie Mortgages,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and sells personal information through quickiemortgages.com and related pages, emails, texts, and calls (the “Services”), and the choices and rights you have. It also serves as our Notice at Collection for California residents and our privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
The short version. Quickie Mortgages is a lead-matching service. When you submit a request, we give it to up to 4 lenders, brokers, and marketing partners so they can contact you, and they may pay us for it. We use advertising and analytics tools. We keep records that prove your consent. You can opt out of sale and sharing, revoke contact consent, and ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time on our Privacy Choices page.
1. Notice at collection — what we collect and why
We collect the categories of personal information below. We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, government ID numbers, account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or the contents of your communications with anyone else, and we do not pull your credit. We sell and share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws (see Section 4). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
2. How we use personal information
- To provide the service you asked for: match your request with lenders, brokers, and partners and give it to them so they can respond.
- To communicate with you about your request by phone, text, and email — including automated messages where you have consented — and to respond to questions and requests.
- To market to you: follow up about your request and related home-financing products and services from us, our affiliates, and our partners, until you opt out.
- To operate, measure, and improve the Services, including advertising attribution and conversion reporting to ad platforms, A/B testing, and analytics.
- To verify, enrich, and de-duplicate requests — for example, validating a phone number or appending publicly available or licensed data such as property records.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, our partners, and consumers.
- To keep records of consent and comply with telemarketing, privacy, fair-lending, and other laws, respond to lawful requests, and defend claims.
- To create de-identified or aggregated data, which we may use for any purpose and which is not personal information.
3. How we disclose personal information
Lenders, brokers, and marketing partners (“Partners”). This is the purpose of the Services. We provide your request — including your name, contact details, and the details you entered — to up to 4 Partners who lend or offer related services where the property is located. Partners are identified on our Partners page. They may compensate us for the connection. Once a Partner receives your request, its use of your information is governed by its own privacy notice, and it is independently responsible for honoring your requests to it. We contractually require Partners to use your information only to respond to your request, to honor stop-contact requests, and to protect the information.
Affiliates. We may share personal information with our affiliated brands operated by Quickie Business Services LLC (Quickie (tryquickie.com); Quickie Recovery (quickierecovery.com)) for the purposes in Section 2, including marketing of related products with your consent where required.
Service providers and contractors that process information on our behalf under written confidentiality and use restrictions: hosting and database, email and text delivery, telephony, analytics, advertising measurement, data validation, and customer support tools.
Advertising platforms. We and platforms such as Meta and Google use cookies, pixels, and server-side connections to measure our ads and build audiences. We may send hashed contact details to match conversions. This is “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; see Section 4 for how to opt out.
Legal, safety, and corporate. To comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or a regulator’s request; to enforce our terms and protect rights, property, or safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information.
We do not sell lists of consumers for purposes unrelated to their request, and we never disclose a request to anyone who is not one of the parties above.
4. Sale, sharing, and your right to opt out
When you submit a request, you direct us to disclose your information to Partners who may pay us. That disclosure is at your direction, and we treat it as a “sale” for purposes of your opt-out rights. Our use of advertising pixels is “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of both at any time:
- Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information form. Opt-outs take effect on our systems immediately: any request matching your email or phone is flagged so it is not shared again, and we ask Partners who already received it to stop.
- Email privacy@quickiemortgages.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor GPC signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing: our advertising pixels do not load, and we do not send conversion events to ad platforms. If you then submit a request, you are separately directing us to give it to Partners, which we will do unless you tell us not to.
Opting out does not stop a Partner who already has your request from contacting you under the consent you gave them; tell that Partner directly, or use the stop contact option and we will relay the request to every Partner who received it.
5. Consent to be contacted; text messages; call recording
You choose whether to consent to calls, texts, and emails when you submit a request; the exact consent language is on our Disclosures page and is stored with your request together with the time, your IP address, and your device information. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can revoke it at any time by replying STOP to any text, telling any caller, using the Privacy Choices form, or emailing team@quickiemortgages.com. Calls with us may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and compliance. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent for our SMS program are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes; see our SMS program terms.
6. Cookies, pixels, and analytics
We use a first-party cookie to remember which campaign brought you to us (so we can pay for the right advertising and honor your attribution), and, when enabled, third-party tags from Meta, Google, and PostHog for measurement and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser, opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org, and use Global Privacy Control as described above. Browser “Do Not Track” signals have no accepted standard and are not currently acted upon; GPC is.
7. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act notice
To the extent we are a “financial institution” under the GLBA and its Privacy Rule, this section is our privacy notice. Categories we collect: the information you provide on our forms and in communications with us, and information about your use of the Services. Categories we disclose: the same categories, to the Partners you ask us to connect you with (at your direction and with your consent), to affiliates, and to nonaffiliated service providers that perform services for us, as permitted by law. Your right to opt out of disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes is exercised on our Privacy Choices page. Security: we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards described in Section 9.
8. Retention
We keep request records — including the consent text, version, time, IP address, and device information — for as long as needed to serve your request and to demonstrate consent under telemarketing and privacy laws, generally five years from your last interaction, then delete or de-identify them. Records of privacy requests and opt-outs are kept for at least two years as required. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete what we are not legally required to retain and will retain the minimal record needed to honor your opt-out and defend against claims, restricted from any other use. Advertising and analytics data follow each vendor’s retention settings.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers, access is limited to people and systems that need it, the lead desk is access-code protected with expiring sessions, and Partners are contractually required to safeguard the information they receive. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you and regulators as the law requires.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you may have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was sold, shared, or disclosed — and to receive it in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (such as records we must keep to prove consent or defend claims).
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
- Appeal a decision we make on your request, where your state provides an appeal right; we will tell you how in our response.
To exercise any right, use the Privacy Choices form, email privacy@quickiemortgages.com, or write to Quickie Business Services LLC d/b/a Quickie Mortgages, 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901. We verify requests against the contact details on file (and may ask for more information when needed), confirm receipt within 10 business days, and respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days with notice. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of your written permission. We honor requests regardless of which state you live in wherever feasible.
Nevada residents: you may direct us not to sell your covered information by emailing privacy@quickiemortgages.com. California residents: the metrics California requires of larger businesses are not applicable at our size; we will publish them if they become required.
11. Children
The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
12. Other websites and Partners
Links to Partner and other third-party sites, and communications you have with Partners, are governed by those parties’ own policies. Verify any lender at NMLS Consumer Access and read its disclosures before you share documents.
13. Changes and contact
We review this policy at least annually and update the effective date when it changes; material changes are posted here and, where required, sent to you. Questions or concerns: privacy@quickiemortgages.com or team@quickiemortgages.com. Mail: 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901.
